7.3. Branch Partners are solely responsible for their own statements, actions, promises, and conduct. Resume Kendra is not liable for any representations made by Branch Partners beyond their authorized scope.

7.4. Users interacting with Branch Partners should verify any information or promises directly with the head office at Mandsaur if they have any doubts.

7.5. Any agreements, commitments, or transactions made with Branch Partners are binding on Resume Kendra only to the extent they are within the authorized scope and properly documented.

8. WALLET AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS DISCLAIMER

8.1. The Resume Kendra Wallet is a prepaid payment instrument for purchasing platform services. Funds held in the Wallet do not earn any interest and are not insured by any deposit insurance scheme.

8.2. All Wallet transactions are subject to verification and may take 24-48 hours to be credited. During this period, the amount is not available for use.

8.3. We are not responsible for any delays in verification caused by technical issues, bank processing times, or force majeure events.

8.4. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of UTR numbers and transaction details provided. Incorrect details may result in failed verification and loss of funds.

8.5. We do not guarantee that all recharge attempts will be successful, and we are not liable for any amounts deducted by banks for failed transactions.

8.6. Users should contact their bank directly for any issues related to failed transactions or chargebacks.

8.7. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable except as expressly provided in the Wallet Policy.
