7.2.3. This mutual visibility is the foundational principle of our service and enables the job matching process. By registering, you acknowledge and accept this inherent visibility as an essential feature of the marketplace.

7.3. The Fee Structure for Contact Information

7.3.1. While basic professional information (such as skills, experience, company name, and job titles) is mutually visible to all registered users, access to full contact information is subject to a specific fee structure designed to balance accessibility with platform sustainability.

7.3.2. Definition of Contact Information: For the purposes of this policy, "Contact Information" includes, but is not limited to:

Personal Email Address (for Candidates) / Official Contact Email (for Employers): The primary electronic communication channels that enable direct, private conversations between potential employers and job seekers.

7.3.3. Free Access: Any registered user (Candidate or Employer) can view the professional details and profile summaries of other users without charge. This allows for initial discovery and vetting, helping users determine whether a connection might be valuable before investing in contact access.

7.3.4. Paid Access to Contact Details:

7.3.4.1. To view the full, unmasked Contact Information of another user, a nominal, minimum fee ("Fee") is charged. This Fee represents a modest investment in making a meaningful professional connection.
7.3.4.2. This Fee applies to both Candidates wishing to contact an Employer directly and Employers wishing to contact a Candidate directly, ensuring fairness across both user groups.
7.3.4.3. The Fee is a platform charge levied by Resume Kendra for facilitating this direct connection and for the value-added service of maintaining a secure and vetted marketplace where connections are meaningful.
7.3.4.4. The Fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to accessing the requested Contact Information. The exact amount of the Fee will be clearly displayed to the user at the point of transaction, with no hidden costs or surprises.

7.3.5. Purpose of the Fee: This nominal charge serves multiple important purposes:

7.3.5.1. Platform Maintenance: It helps us maintain and improve the Platform's infrastructure and security, ensuring that your experience remains smooth and your data remains protected.

They will already have access to your company profile and job postings, so this additional access enables them to express interest proactively.
