1. INTRODUCTION TO RESUME KENDRA WALLET

1.1. Resume Kendra introduces a digital Wallet facility for all registered Users of our Platform, including Candidates, Employers, and Branch Partners. This Wallet serves as a secure digital account to facilitate seamless transactions for accessing premium features on our platform.

1.2. The Wallet allows Users to maintain a balance that can be used to pay for services such as viewing contact information, accessing premium job listings, or other fee-based features offered by Resume Kendra.

1.3. Located at Sanjeet Naka, Mandsaur, RADHEJU & SONS operates this Wallet facility as part of our commitment to providing convenient and secure payment options for our valued Users.

1.4. This Wallet Policy outlines the terms governing the use of your Resume Kendra Wallet, including recharge methods, verification processes, and security measures.

1.5. By activating and using your Resume Kendra Wallet, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.


2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

2.1. "Wallet" means the digital prepaid account facility provided by Resume Kendra to registered Users for storing funds to be used for platform services.

2.2. "Wallet Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Wallet at any given time for making payments on the Platform.

2.3. "Recharge" means the process of adding funds to your Wallet through various payment methods.

2.4. "UTR" means Unique Transaction Reference, a unique number assigned to each bank transaction for identification and tracking purposes.

2.5. "Self-Recharge" means the process where a User adds funds to their own Wallet directly through available payment methods.

2.6. "Branch Partner Assisted Recharge" means the process where a Branch Partner adds funds to a Candidate's or Employer's Wallet on their behalf.

2.7. "Verification" means the process of confirming that a recharge transaction is valid and successful before crediting the amount to the Wallet balance.

2.8. "Failed Transaction" means a recharge attempt that could not be completed successfully due to incorrect details, technical issues, or invalid UTR.


3. WALLET ELIGIBILITY AND ACTIVATION

3.1. All registered Users of Resume Kendra with a verified account are eligible to activate and use the Wallet facility, subject to compliance with these terms.

3.2. Candidates must have completed their profile with at least basic information before Wallet activation is permitted.

3.3. Employers must have a verified company profile with valid contact information to activate their Wallet.

3.4. Branch Partners automatically receive Wallet access upon execution of their partnership agreement with RADHEJU & SONS.

3.5. Wallet activation is free of charge and can be initiated from your account dashboard under the "My Wallet" section.

3.6. Users must provide valid identification and contact information for Wallet activation, which may be subject to verification.

3.7. Minors (under 18 years) are not eligible to maintain a Wallet on Resume Kendra.


4. WALLET FEATURES AND BENEFITS

4.1. The Resume Kendra Wallet offers a convenient way to pay for premium services without entering payment details for each transaction.

4.2. Users can view their current Wallet balance at any time from their account dashboard.

4.3. Complete transaction history is available for download, showing all recharges and debits with dates and purposes.

4.4. Wallet funds can be used to pay for contact information access, premium job listings, featured profiles, and other fee-based services.

4.5. Branch Partners have additional features allowing them to transfer funds to Candidate and Employer Wallets as part of their promotional activities.

4.6. The Wallet provides a secure alternative to direct payment methods, reducing the risk of payment fraud.


5. WALLET RECHARGE METHODS

5.1. Users can recharge their Wallet through multiple payment methods including bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

5.2. All payment methods are processed through secure third-party payment gateways to ensure the safety of your financial information.

5.3. Minimum recharge amount is ?100 and maximum recharge amount per transaction is ?10,000, unless otherwise specified.

5.4. Users can set up auto-recharge preferences to maintain a minimum Wallet balance for uninterrupted service access.

5.5. Branch Partners may have higher recharge limits based on their partnership tier and agreement with RADHEJU & SONS.

5.6. All recharges are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.


6. STEP-BY-STEP: SELF-RECHARGE BY CUSTOMERS

6.1. Step 1: Log in to Your Account - Access your Resume Kendra account using your registered email and password, then navigate to the "My Wallet" section from your dashboard.

6.2. Step 2: Click on Recharge Button - Locate and click the "Recharge Wallet" button clearly displayed in your Wallet dashboard to initiate the recharge process.

6.3. Step 3: Enter Recharge Amount - Specify the amount you wish to add to your Wallet, ensuring it meets the minimum and maximum limits specified on the page.

6.4. Step 4: Select Payment Method - Choose your preferred payment method from the available options including UPI, bank transfer, card payment, or net banking.

6.5. Step 5: Complete Payment - You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you must complete the payment by providing the required details and authorizing the transaction.

6.6. Step 6: Note the UTR/Reference Number - After successful payment, note the UTR or transaction reference number provided by your bank or payment gateway for future reference.

6.7. Step 7: Return to Resume Kendra - You will be automatically redirected to Resume Kendra, or you may manually return to the Platform to complete the process.

6.8. Step 8: Enter UTR (if required) - In some cases, you may need to enter the UTR in the provided field on the Wallet page to initiate verification.

6.9. Step 9: Wait for Verification - Your recharge will enter the verification process, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours to complete.

6.10. Step 10: Check Wallet Balance - Once verification is successful, the recharged amount will be added to your Wallet balance, and you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.


7. STEP-BY-STEP: BRANCH PARTNER ASSISTED RECHARGE

7.1. Step 1: Branch Partner Logs In - The authorized Branch Partner logs into their dedicated Branch Partner account using their credentials provided by RADHEJU & SONS.

7.2. Step 2: Access Partner Dashboard - From the partner dashboard, the Branch Partner navigates to the "Assisted Recharge" or "Customer Wallet Management" section.

7.3. Step 3: Select Customer Type - The Branch Partner selects whether they are recharging a Candidate's Wallet or an Employer's Wallet.

7.4. Step 4: Enter Customer Details - The Branch Partner enters the Customer's registered email address, phone number, or User ID to locate their account.

7.5. Step 5: Verify Customer Identity - The system displays the Customer's basic information for verification. The Branch Partner must confirm they are recharging the correct account.

7.6. Step 6: Enter Recharge Amount - The Branch Partner specifies the amount to be added to the Customer's Wallet, subject to any limits in their partnership agreement.

7.7. Step 7: Select Payment Source - The Branch Partner selects whether the funds will come from their own Branch Partner Wallet or through an external payment method.

7.8. Step 8: Complete Payment from Branch Wallet - If using Branch Partner Wallet, the amount is immediately debited from their Wallet and marked for transfer to the Customer.

7.9. Step 9: External Payment by Branch Partner - If using external payment, the Branch Partner completes the payment through bank transfer or UPI and notes the UTR.

7.10. Step 10: Enter UTR in System - The Branch Partner enters the UTR or transaction reference in the system and submits the recharge request.

7.11. Step 11: System Generates Recharge Request - The system creates a recharge request with "Pending Verification" status and notifies the Customer of the initiated recharge.

7.12. Step 12: Verification Period Begins - The recharge enters the standard 24 to 48 hour verification period as per Section 8 of this Policy.

7.13. Step 13: Verification Confirmation - Upon successful verification, the amount is credited to the Customer's Wallet, and both the Customer and Branch Partner receive confirmation notifications.

7.14. Step 14: Branch Partner Commission Tracking - The system records the successful recharge for commission calculation purposes as per the Branch Partner's agreement.

7.15. Step 15: Customer Notification - The Customer receives a notification that their Wallet has been successfully recharged, along with the updated balance.


8. RECHARGE VERIFICATION PROCESS

8.1. All Wallet recharges undergo a mandatory verification process to ensure transaction authenticity and prevent fraud.

8.2. The standard verification period is 24 to 48 hours from the time the recharge request is submitted with a valid UTR.

8.3. During verification, our team manually or automatically checks the transaction details with the payment gateway or bank records.

8.4. The Wallet balance will not reflect the recharged amount until verification is successfully completed.

8.5. Users can check the status of their recharge request in the "Transaction History" section of their Wallet.

8.6. Possible status messages include: "Pending Verification," "Verification Successful," "Verification Failed," or "Action Required."

8.7. If additional information is required for verification, the User will be contacted via email or phone within the verification period.

8.8. Weekends and public holidays may extend the verification period as banks and payment processors may be closed.

8.9. Urgent verification requests may be accommodated in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Resume Kendra.

8.10. Successfully verified recharges will reflect in the Wallet balance immediately upon verification completion.


9. UTR VALIDATION AND FAILED TRANSACTIONS

9.1. The Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) is the primary identifier used to verify your recharge transaction and must be accurate for successful verification.

9.2. Transactions with Incorrect UTR: If the UTR provided does not match any transaction in bank records, the verification will fail, and the amount will not be credited to your Wallet.

9.3. What to Do If UTR is Wrong: Contact our support team at wallet@resumekendra.info within 7 days with proof of payment to request manual verification.

9.4. No UTR Provided: Recharge requests submitted without a UTR cannot be processed and will be automatically cancelled after 7 days.

9.5. Duplicate UTR: If the same UTR is used for multiple recharge requests, only the first request will be processed, and subsequent requests will be rejected.

9.6. Failed Transaction Due to Bank Issues: If a transaction fails at the bank level but amount is deducted, you must contact your bank for reversal. Resume Kendra cannot reverse bank-level failures.

9.7. Refund for Failed Verification: If verification fails and we cannot confirm the transaction after investigation, no amount will be credited to your Wallet, and you must initiate a fresh recharge.

9.8. Time Limit for Disputes: Any dispute regarding failed transactions must be raised within 15 days of the recharge date. Disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.

9.9. Fraudulent UTRs: Providing fraudulent or fabricated UTRs is a violation of our Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9.10. Successful Verification: Once verification is successful, the transaction is considered complete and final, with no further changes permitted.


10. WALLET BALANCE DISPLAY AND USAGE

10.1. Your Wallet balance is displayed prominently in your account dashboard and updated in real-time after successful verification of transactions.

10.2. The balance shown is the amount available for immediate use toward eligible services on the Platform.

10.3. Wallet balance can only be used for services explicitly designated as payable through Wallet on the Resume Kendra Platform.

10.4. When making a payment using Wallet, the applicable amount is deducted instantly from your available balance.

10.5. If your Wallet balance is insufficient for a transaction, you will be prompted to recharge or use an alternative payment method.

10.6. Wallet balance has no expiry date as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

10.7. The Wallet balance is non-transferable to other Users except through Branch Partner assisted recharges as outlined in Section 7.

10.8. You cannot withdraw your Wallet balance to your bank account except upon account closure as per Section 16.

10.9. Wallet balances do not earn any interest or returns as they are prepaid service accounts, not savings instruments.

10.10. Resume Kendra reserves the right to adjust Wallet balances in case of erroneous credits, chargebacks, or disputed transactions after investigation.


11. FEES AND CHARGES

11.1. Wallet Activation Fee: There is no fee for activating your Resume Kendra Wallet. Activation is completely free for all registered Users.

11.2. Recharge Fee: No additional fee is charged by Resume Kendra for adding funds to your Wallet, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

11.3. Transaction Fee: When using Wallet balance to pay for services, no additional transaction fee is charged beyond the service fee for the specific feature.

11.4. Verification Fee: There is no fee for the verification process. This service is provided free of charge to ensure transaction security.

11.5. Inactivity Fee: No inactivity fee is charged for dormant Wallets, but prolonged inactivity may lead to account closure as per Section 15.

11.6. Withdrawal Fee: If you close your account and request withdrawal of remaining balance, a nominal processing fee may be deducted as described in Section 16.

11.7. Chargeback Fee: If a User initiates a chargeback with their bank for a verified transaction, a penalty fee of ?500 may be levied to cover administrative costs.

11.8. All fees and charges are subject to change with notice posted on the Platform.


12. WALLET STATEMENTS AND HISTORY

12.1. Every Wallet transaction is recorded in your permanent transaction history accessible from your account dashboard.

12.2. The transaction history shows the date, amount, type (credit/debit), UTR (for recharges), purpose, and current status of each transaction.

12.3. Users can download their Wallet statement for any custom date range in PDF or CSV format for their records.

12.4. Statements are available for download for up to 3 years from the transaction date.

12.5. In case of any discrepancy in your Wallet statement, you must report it to wallet@resumekendra.info within 30 days of the transaction date.

12.6. Our team will investigate any reported discrepancies and provide a resolution within 15 business days.

12.7. Wallet statements serve as the official record of your transactions and will be used for dispute resolution.

12.8. Branch Partners have access to additional reports showing all assisted recharges performed by them with commission details.


13. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

13.1. Recharge Cancellation: Once a recharge request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled by the User. The request must go through the verification process.

13.2. Failed Verification Refunds: If verification fails and the transaction cannot be confirmed, no refund is applicable as no amount was credited to the Wallet. The User must contact their bank for any amount deducted.

13.3. Duplicate Recharge Refunds: In the rare event of a duplicate recharge (same amount credited twice for one payment), the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 15 business days.

13.4. Service Payment Refunds: Wallet payments made for services (such as contact information access) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

13.5. Technical Error Refunds: If a technical error on our Platform results in incorrect debits, we will refund the amount to your Wallet within 7 business days.

13.6. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source whenever possible, or to your bank account as per our discretion.

13.7. Refund Timeline: Refunds typically take 7-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

13.8. No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.


14. WALLET SECURITY AND PIN

14.1. Your Wallet is protected by your account login credentials. Never share your password with anyone.

14.2. Users may set up a separate Wallet PIN (4-6 digits) for an additional layer of security when making payments from the Wallet.

14.3. The Wallet PIN must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone, including Branch Partners or Resume Kendra staff.

14.4. If you forget your Wallet PIN, you can reset it through the "Forgot PIN" option after verifying your identity via registered email or phone.

14.5. All financial transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology to protect your information.

14.6. You are responsible for all transactions made from your Wallet. Report any unauthorized transactions immediately.

14.7. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

14.8. Resume Kendra will never ask for your Wallet PIN, password, or UTR via phone, email, or SMS. Beware of phishing attempts.


15. INACTIVE WALLET POLICY

15.1. A Wallet is considered "inactive" if no transaction (recharge or debit) occurs for a continuous period of 12 months.

15.2. Users with inactive Wallets will receive a notification via email 30 days before any action is taken on their Wallet.

15.3. After 12 months of inactivity, a nominal maintenance fee may be deducted monthly until the Wallet balance reaches zero or the User reactivates the Wallet.

15.4. The inactivity maintenance fee, if applicable, will be clearly communicated in the advance notification.

15.5. After 24 months of continuous inactivity, the Wallet may be closed, and any remaining balance will be forfeited as per applicable laws.

15.6. To reactivate an inactive Wallet, simply perform a new transaction (recharge or service payment) to resume normal activity.

15.7. Branch Partner Wallets may have different inactivity rules based on their partnership agreement.


16. WALLET CLOSURE AND WITHDRAWAL

16.1. Account Closure by User: If you wish to close your Resume Kendra account and withdraw your remaining Wallet balance, you must submit a written request to wallet@resumekendra.info.

16.2. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawal requests are processed only after account verification and confirmation that no pending transactions or disputes exist.

16.3. Withdrawal Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee of ?50 or 5% of the withdrawal amount (whichever is higher) may be deducted to cover administrative and transfer costs.

16.4. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed via bank transfer to the User's verified bank account. Bank details must be provided and verified before processing.

16.5. Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15-20 business days after verification and approval.

16.6. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum amount for withdrawal is ?200. Balances below this amount may be forfeited upon account closure.

16.7. Account Termination by Resume Kendra: If your account is terminated for violation of Terms, your Wallet balance may be forfeited at our discretion.

16.8. Unclaimed Balances: Wallet balances in closed accounts that remain unclaimed for 3 years may be escheated as per applicable laws.


17. BRANCH PARTNER COMMISSION AND SETTLEMENT

17.1. Branch Partners earn commissions on assisted recharges performed for Candidates and Employers as per their individual partnership agreement.

17.2. Commissions are calculated based on the recharge amount and credited to the Branch Partner's Wallet after successful verification of the transaction.

17.3. Commission rates may vary based on the Branch Partner's tier, performance, and specific terms in their agreement.

17.4. Branch Partners can view their commission earnings and pending settlements in their dedicated Partner Dashboard.

17.5. Commission settlements occur on a weekly or monthly basis as specified in the partnership agreement.

17.6. Branch Partners may withdraw their commission earnings to their bank account subject to minimum withdrawal limits and processing fees.

17.7. Commission earnings are subject to applicable tax deductions as per Indian tax laws, with TDS certificates provided.

17.8. Any disputes regarding commission must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

17.9. Fraudulent or invalid recharges initiated by Branch Partners may result in commission reversal and partnership termination.

17.10. Branch Partners agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their commission earnings and tax obligations.


18. FRAUD PREVENTION AND MONITORING

18.1. Resume Kendra employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious Wallet activities, including unusual recharge patterns, multiple failed attempts, or potential fraud.

18.2. The following activities may trigger a security review: unusually large recharges, rapid successive transactions, transactions from high-risk locations, or patterns matching known fraud indicators.

18.3. During a security review, your Wallet may be temporarily suspended, and you may be contacted for additional verification.

18.4. Users found to be engaged in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, or fake UTRs, will have their accounts permanently terminated.

18.5. Information about fraudulent activities may be shared with law enforcement authorities and other platforms to prevent future fraud.

18.6. Branch Partners found to be involved in fraudulent recharge activities will have their partnership immediately terminated and may face legal action.

18.7. We cooperate with banks and payment processors to investigate and prevent financial fraud.

18.8. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious Wallet activity immediately to wallet@resumekendra.info.


19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

19.1. Resume Kendra and RADHEJU & SONS shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

19.2. Delays in verification due to technical issues, bank processing times, or force majeure events.

19.3. Incorrect UTR entries by Users leading to failed verification.

19.4. Unauthorized access to your Wallet due to compromised login credentials.

19.5. Technical failures of third-party payment gateways, banks, or financial institutions.

19.6. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Wallet use.

19.7. Our total liability for any Wallet-related claim shall not exceed the amount in your Wallet at the time of the incident.

19.8. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for all transactions conducted through their Wallet.


20. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

20.1. If you have any grievance regarding your Wallet, you may contact our Grievance Officer using the details below.

20.3. Please provide your registered email, User ID, transaction details, and a clear description of the issue when filing a grievance.

20.4. We acknowledge receipt of grievances within 3 business days and endeavor to resolve them within 15 business days.

20.5. If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to appropriate consumer forums or banking ombudsman as applicable.

20.6. Branch Partners have a separate escalation matrix defined in their partnership agreement.


21. MODIFICATIONS TO WALLET POLICY

21.1. Resume Kendra reserves the right to modify this Wallet Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or market conditions.

21.2. Material changes will be notified via email to all Wallet users at least 30 days before they become effective.

21.3. Minor changes or clarifications may become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

21.4. Your continued use of the Wallet after changes constitute your acceptance of the modified Policy.

21.5. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your Wallet and withdraw your balance as per Section 16 before the changes take effect.
